Just a few quick notes about your upcoming purchase: To make things simple we have calculated a flat shipping charge for each item with a destination in the U.S. (excluding Hawaii and Alaska). This charge is $29.00 for the Core Bench or Extreme Ab Bench and $19.00 for The Core Chair. We try and send all shipments within seven working days, if we experience any delays we will let you know via e-mail or telephone. Currently all online transactions are handled through PayPal. We reviewed a lot of systems and felt that PayPal offered the safest and most convenient payment gateway there was for our customers.
